Being Russian from Bensonhurst, I grew up going to parties at Russian catering halls throughout Brooklyn, and its usually always the same shotty service, and lack of professionalism. Oligarch was nothing like I’m used to! The place was spotless in every way. It looks like a palace, and from the architecture to the decorations, it’s the perfect place to have a party. My sister’s engagement party went off without a hitch, the owner Rafael made sure of it. He was so hands on and seemed like he really wanted to make sure his guests had a good time. And the service was impeccable!
